Job Summary

To support a ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation, the full-time ESM ITAM Consultant will serve as the primary authority on software licensing strategy, entitlement governance, and compliance, working closely with architects and developers to ensure accurate configuration of licensing rules.

Key responsibilities

• Define governance standards for entitlement management, software usage tracking, and auditing parameters
• Translate software publishers' licensing rules into technical and functional requirements for SAM Pro configurations
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, optimization, and contract negotiation leverage

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in software licensing and SAM/ITAM consulting
• Experience in supporting or leading SAM Pro implementation
• Ability to interpret contract terms and complex license scenarios
• ServiceNow CIS - SAM Certified
• ITIL Foundation certification
