Job Summary
Overseeing all aspects of examination development and delivery, the full-time remote Examination Program Manager will manage project plans for ALS/BLS/performance examinations, ensuring content accuracy and alignment with current EMS practices while collaborating with subject-matter experts and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Identifies examination development needs and recommends improvements to processes and workflows
- Coordinates and manages project work for assigned examinations, serving as the project owner
- Participates in content development, ensuring accuracy and relevance through collaboration and training of subject matter experts
Required qualifications
- 4-year degree in clinical health profession or related field, or equivalent experience and education
- Current or recent state-licensed paramedic
- 3 - 5 years of high-volume EMS experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience as an EMS instructor preferred
