A company is looking for an Executive Director, Brand Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice related to Marketing, Market Access, and brand strategy
• Advise Medical Affairs on strategy, scientific exchange, and field medical materials
• Foster a culture of compliance and develop training initiatives for interactions with healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and MA Bar admission (or eligibility for in-house counsel admission)
• 8+ years of legal experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
• Deep understanding of the Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act
• Experience with advertising, promotion principles, and state price reporting preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
