Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzes coverage and settles complex claims within specialty areas
  • Handles the full life cycle of assigned claims files from intake to resolution
  • Negotiates settlements and engages with all parties involved in the claims process
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in handling claims in Professional Liability (A&E)
  • Licensed and/or certified in all applicable states or able to acquire necessary licenses
  • Familiarity with industry standards and practices
  • Proficient with relevant claims management and business software
