Job Summary
Managing customer escalations and incident resolutions, the full-time State Licensed Executive Resolution Specialist will investigate claims, interact with customers across various platforms, and propose settlement agreements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve written customer concerns across multiple channels, managing executive escalations and incident management
- Analyze issues to propose the best possible outcomes and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Log and track escalations in multiple systems for reporting purposes and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding ongoing status and solutions
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience, or 2+ years in business analysis, research, or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in business writing, consumer relations, or team lead roles with customer escalation experience
- Must acquire and maintain an ACA (Accredited Claims Adjuster's) license as part of the team
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
