Key Responsibilities

• Manage recovery files through investigation, negotiation, and litigation
• Assess legal issues related to subrogation viability and prepare necessary documentation
• Provide technical assistance and training to staff on subrogation techniques and legal matters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6-10 years of claims or subrogation experience
• Preferred State Adjuster licenses
• Independent worker with strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Prior management experience preferred, but candidates with a desire to manage will be considered
