Job Summary

A company is looking for an Exercise Physiologist to provide telemedicine care to patients with advanced chronic lung disease.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group patient education on disease management and preventive care
• Assess, triage, and escalate care for patients with worsening or acute symptoms
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and advocate for patients facing social stressors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Nursing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an Exercise Physiologist or RN in various healthcare settings
• Experience with cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and relevant professional certifications
• Proficiency with telemedicine platforms and a reliable high-speed internet connection
