Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cardiac Rehab - Onboarding Exercise Physiologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding sessions and educate patients on the cardiac rehabilitation program
• Provide technical support and ensure patients are prepared for virtual sessions
• Assist patients in setting health goals and offer behavioral coaching for engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field
• CPR and First Aid certification (required)
• ACSM Certification- Clinical Exercise Physiologist/Exercise Physiologist or AACVPR-CCRP (required)
• Experience in a clinical, rehabilitation, or patient support setting preferred
• Background in health coaching, fitness, or exercise physiology strongly preferred
