State Licensed Exercise Physiologist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Exercise Physiologist to join their online Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead telehealth-based group exercise sessions for patients with chronic cardiac and respiratory conditions
• Monitor vital signs and modify exercises based on symptoms and medical history
• Provide patient education on disease management and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in exercise physiology, exercise science, kinesiology, or related field
• Certified in Basic Life Support and ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP) required or ability to obtain within 1 year
• At least 2+ years of clinical experience in cardiac and/or pulmonary rehabilitation
• Experience leading group exercise sessions with diverse populations
• Proficient in using telemedicine platforms and comfortable with digital tools for patient management
