State Licensed Filings Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the preparation and management of insurance product filings, the full-time remote State Licensed Filings Analyst will ensure regulatory compliance by preparing and submitting filings to state insurance departments while maintaining accurate filing records across jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and standardize in-house state filings processes and documentation
• Prepare and submit insurance filings, including rates, rules, and forms, to state insurance departments
• Manage filings through SERFF and other regulatory systems while tracking status and responding to objections

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5+ years of experience in insurance regulatory filings or compliance
• Working knowledge of U.S. insurance regulations and multi-state filing requirements
• Experience using SERFF and iFile platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in SharePoint or tracking tools preferred
