Job Summary

State Licensed Finance Attorney, seeking a mid-to-senior level finance lawyer for a remote contract position lasting three months with potential for extension, responsible for providing legal support for lending solutions to ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate credit agreements, promissory notes, collateral agreements, guarantees, and related documents
• Analyze transaction structures and legal risks, including trusts, estates, and occasional cross-border issues
• Provide practical lending and contract law advice to business and credit teams

Required Qualifications:

• JD and active bar admission in the state of residence
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in lending transactions
• Experience in drafting contracts and providing documentation analysis
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of matters in a fast-paced environment
