Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time State Licensed Financial Advisor will build client relationships through various sourcing strategies, deeply understand client needs to create personalized financial strategies, and oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies
• Understand clients' needs to create personalized, comprehensive financial strategies
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in the financial services industry
• Experience in financial services and/or sales
• Financial services registration, licensing, or certification
• Professional and/or military career progression
• Ability to obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 registrations within the required timeframe
