Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time State Licensed Financial Advisor will build client relationships, develop personalized financial strategies, and oversee branch operations to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients through various sourcing strategies, including face-to-face and virtual methods
• Understand clients' needs to create personalized financial strategies that help them achieve their goals
• Oversee branch processes to ensure compliance with firm policies and enhance client experience

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred or equivalent work-related experience in the financial services industry
• Experience in financial services and/or sales
• Financial services registration, licensing, or certification is advantageous
• Demonstrated professional and/or military career progression
• Ability to obtain necessary FINRA registrations and state insurance licenses within specified timeframes
