Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Advocate to provide personalized support to participants on their financial journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to participant inquiries and assist with enrollment in financial wellness program tools
• Provide personalized financial advice and guidance on budgeting, retirement planning, and investment allocation
• Collaborate with various departments to fulfill client requests and enhance participant engagement

Required Qualifications

• FINRA licenses (Series 65 or 63/6) are highly encouraged; must obtain within six months if not currently held
• BA/BS degree from an accredited university preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, operations support, or administrative support role
• Previous experience in finance or investment markets preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
