Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Supervisor, PFC.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Personal Financial Counselors (PFC), ensuring compliance with DoD expectations and service delivery consistency
• Monitor PFC interactions and services provided to service members and their families, ensuring effective assistance and action plan development
• Direct the provision of financial management services and ensure timely collection of counselor activity data for reporting purposes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of financial counseling post-certification
• 2+ years of documentation, oversight, management, and supervisory experience
• Must have one of the following active certifications: Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Tier 2 Clearance
