Job Summary

Overseeing a team of Personal Financial Counselors, the full-time remote State Licensed Financial Supervisor will manage financial counseling services, ensure compliance with DoD standards, and maintain quality assurance in service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and review contract deliverables, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial management services
• Monitor interactions between PFCs and service members, providing oversight for effective counseling and action plan development
• Direct the provision of financial management services and educational workshops, ensuring timely data collection for program reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of financial counseling experience post-certification
• 2+ years of management and supervisory experience
• Active certification as an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC)
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Tier 2 Clearance
