Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Advanced Practice for the FNP Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Family Nurse Practitioner academic programs, ensuring alignment with academic rigor and policies
• Coordinate faculty development, mentoring programs, and maintain effective communication with faculty and staff
• Manage budgets, monitor faculty workload, and lead strategic planning for the FNP program

Required Qualifications

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner is required
• Must have a terminal degree (PhD, DNP, DNSc)
• 5-10 years of experience as faculty, including online experience
• 3-5 years of experience in leadership and coordination of academic units
• Ability to build and manage budgets
