Job Summary
To support customer engagement, the full-time State Licensed Food Chemist will provide technical consultation, evaluate food products for compliance, and assist in the preparation of offers for clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical consultation and support to clients
- Evaluate food products, including assessment of laboratory results and report generation
- Review food labels and establish testing scopes and plans based on client requests
Required qualifications
- Degree in Food Chemistry with completion of the second state examination or relevant professional experience
- Strong customer service orientation and enjoyment of interface management
- Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level) and good English skills (minimum B1 level) in both spoken and written forms
