State Licensed Foreclosure Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Foreclosure Specialist to monitor vendor activities and ensure the accurate handling of residential mortgage foreclosures.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure timely completion of foreclosure tracking steps
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and investors throughout the foreclosure process
• Manage outstanding tasks and ensure compliance with investor requirements and state regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience; some college preferred
• Three (3) years of foreclosure or related banking/mortgage experience
• Notary Public or prior Paralegal experience preferred
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently
• Understanding of the foreclosure process, including Judicial and Non-Judicial proceedings
