Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investigator in the Special Investigations Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify fraud indicators, gather facts, and document evidence in compliance with company policy and legal requirements
• Review claim files for red flags and determine next steps using established criteria
• Conduct investigations of moderate to high complexity cases with minimal supervision and produce detailed investigative reports

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 6-8 years of experience in fraud investigation, claims investigation, or related fields
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within an assigned territory
• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, data analytics, or equivalent experience
• Completion of fraud/investigation coursework from recognized organizations
• Professional designations such as CIFI, CFE, or other relevant certifications are preferred
