Job Summary

State Licensed Funds Associate, this full-time position requires a candidate with three to five years of experience in corporate and securities law, focusing on advising investment funds throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise investment funds and their investors on legal matters throughout all stages of the fund lifecycle
• Collaborate with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets unit
• Manage multiple projects and provide legal strategies and courses of action

Required Qualifications

• Active bar license in the relevant state or commitment to obtain one
• Three to five years of experience in corporate and securities law
• Experience with private equity, private credit, and venture capital funds preferred
• Excellent academic credentials
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
