Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on legal aspects including compliance, data privacy, and product liability
• Manage legal considerations for all departments and support M&A objectives
• Oversee the legal department and provide training on legal issues to staff

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and bar membership in good standing
• Minimum 5+ years of transactional legal experience, preferably in-house and in the technology industry
• Experience in M&A and understanding of government business practices
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
