State Licensed General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Counsel to lead all legal efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all legal matters including M&A, corporate governance, employment, and compliance
• Serve as the lead legal advisor on acquisitions, investments, and integrations
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements while partnering with leadership on strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and licensed in any U.S. state
• 6-8+ years of legal experience, ideally both in-house and law firm
• Strong M&A and private equity experience
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and employment law
• Business-minded, collaborative, and proactive with a passion for the aesthetics or wellness industry
