Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Counsel to lead all legal efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all legal matters, including M&A, corporate governance, employment, and compliance
• Serve as the lead legal advisor on acquisitions, investments, and healthcare regulatory issues
• Build and manage the legal function, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and licensed in any U.S. state
• 6-8+ years of legal experience, ideally both in-house and law firm
• Strong M&A and private equity experience
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and employment law
• Business-minded, collaborative, and proactive
