Job Summary
A company is looking for a General Counsel to lead all legal efforts across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all legal matters, including M&A, corporate governance, employment, and compliance
- Serve as the lead legal advisor on acquisitions, investments, and healthcare regulatory issues
- Build and manage the legal function, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements
Required Qualifications
- J.D. and licensed in any U.S. state
- 6-8+ years of legal experience, ideally both in-house and law firm
- Strong M&A and private equity experience
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and employment law
- Business-minded, collaborative, and proactive
