Job Summary

State Licensed General Counsel is sought for a full-time position to oversee legal strategies, manage compliance, and navigate regulatory challenges in a rapidly scaling healthcare clearinghouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regulatory and legal strategies to enhance relationships with payers
• Lead competitive and enforcement matters to defend and advance the company's interests
• Build legal frameworks for innovative data products in complex regulatory areas

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in law firms and in-house legal roles
• Significant in-house experience managing litigations and disputes in high-growth companies
• Deep healthcare experience or experience in another heavily regulated industry
• Ability to solve problems across various legal domains
• JD and membership in at least one U.S. state bar
