Job Summary

State Licensed General Counsel, responsible for architecting a legal function that drives business growth in a full-time role, focusing on revenue enablement, M&A integration, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Product teams to streamline the "Lead-to-Cash" process and negotiate high-stakes contracts
• Provide legal support for M&A activities and serve as the Corporate Secretary, advising on governance and ethics
• Oversee compliance with regulations and manage litigation and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of legal practice, with significant experience as in-house counsel or at a top law firm
• Proven track record in leading legal work streams for acquisitions and integrations
• Strong understanding of employment law and employee relations during organizational changes
• J.D. with excellent academic credentials and state bar membership in good standing
• Experience managing legal operations for a company with international presence
