State Licensed General Counsel, this full-time position involves serving as a trusted advisor on healthcare regulations, compliance, and operational matters while guiding the legal strategy of a fast-growing healthcare startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise executive leadership on healthcare, regulatory, compliance, and operational matters
• Lead the company's legal and compliance strategy across multiple markets
• Oversee payer contracting, vendor agreements, and manage litigation and audits

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active State Bar membership
• 10+ years of healthcare legal experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
• Deep expertise in healthcare regulations and payer contracting
• Strong executive presence with the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical business solutions
• Experience supporting scaling organizations and innovative care models
