Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of high-exposure litigated excess and surplus general liability claims, the temporary State Licensed General Liability Adjuster will handle case files, conduct coverage analyses, draft position letters, and negotiate settlements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently manage litigated excess and surplus general liability claims with detailed documentation
• Conduct coverage analyses and draft position letters regarding liability
• Collaborate with legal counsel to assess exposure and negotiate settlements

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in excess and surplus commercial general liability claims
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional claims and litigation management
• Proven ability to manage complex claims independently
• Active license in the state of residence, with additional adjuster licenses preferred
• Claims system experience
