Job Summary

Managing commercial general liability claims remotely, the temporary State Licensed General Liability Adjuster will handle cases such as slip and fall, trip and fall, and construction defect claims while collaborating with insurance carriers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and adjust commercial general liability claims, including slip and fall, trip and fall, and construction defect cases
• Investigate claims to determine coverage, liability, and settlements
• Negotiate settlements and work towards timely resolution of each case

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of general liability claims experience, including relevant case types
• Active adjuster license in the candidate's state of residence or a designated home state license
• Proficient in claims systems and software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Stable employment history with no recent job hopping
