Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Genetic Counseling Clinical Review.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the clinical order review team, ensuring effective workload oversight and performance evaluations
• Oversee quality assurance through routine checks, monitoring accuracy, and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Drive process improvement by analyzing workflows and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Master of Science or Master of Arts in Genetic Counseling from an ACGC-accredited program or equivalent
• Board certified or board eligible in Genetic Counseling by ABMGG or ABGC
• 3-5+ years of genetic counseling experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Must be eligible to work in the USA without restrictions
• Onsite training and occasional meetings may be required; remote work may be available based on experience
