A company is looking for a Supervisor, Genetic Counseling Clinical Support, Clinical Indication.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the clinical indication team, ensuring accurate and timely completion of assigned work
• Lead, coach, and evaluate team performance against quarterly goals and quality metrics
• Manage task scheduling and personnel resource allocation to maintain service levels and operational demand

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Genetic Counseling or related field
• Certified Genetic Counselor (CGC) credential in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a genetic counselor
• Demonstrated experience reviewing clinical records and applying clinical indication criteria
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
