Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Genetic Counseling Clinical Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance clinical support services and laboratory case management
• Oversee workflow design and implementation for improved clinical case management and customer service
• Partner with senior leadership to define KPIs and drive performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master of Science or Master of Arts in Genetic Counseling from an ACGC-accredited program or equivalent
• Board-certified Genetic Counselor
• Significant experience (10+ years), with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role
• Onsite training and occasional meetings may be required; remote work available for experienced candidates
