A company is looking for an Associate Director, Genetic Counseling Clinical Support, Clinical Indication.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for genetic counselors and assistants to align with organizational goals
• Design and improve clinical support workflows and systems for enhanced efficiency and customer experience
• Lead talent development initiatives, including recruitment and performance management, to build a high-performing team

Required Qualifications

• Master of Science or Master of Arts in Genetic Counseling from an ACGC-accredited program or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a commercial laboratory environment
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience
• Board-certified Genetic Counselor
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical and laboratory genetics and operational performance management
