Job Summary
A company is looking for a State & Local Government Account Specialist (Remote US in EST & CST).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for large State & Local clients
- Create and submit accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Maintain client information and support account management activities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of client service experience
- Prior account management and/or billing reconciliation experience preferred
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Positive client-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
