Job Summary

A company is looking for a State & Local Government Account Specialist (Remote US in EST & CST).

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the single point of contact for large State & Local clients
  • Create and submit accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
  • Maintain client information and support account management activities
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of client service experience
  • Prior account management and/or billing reconciliation experience preferred
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Positive client-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills
