Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Practice Growth Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the strategic direction for Practice Growth Directors and ensure alignment with senior field leadership
• Provide mentorship and coaching to Practice Growth Directors and support high-impact advisor practices
• Drive growth in advisor total sales, productivity, and practice capacity while leading practice management strategies

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree strongly preferred
• Minimum five years of experience coaching financial advisors
• Proven ability to lead and develop peer leaders
• Deep expertise in practice management and related strategies
• FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 required or to be obtained within 90 days
