Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel to executive leadership while managing risk
• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of various commercial agreements
• Develop and oversee a scalable legal strategy and manage legal risks across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant legal experience, including advising high-growth companies
• J.D. from a reputable law school and admission to at least one state bar
• Top-tier law firm experience preferred, with in-house leadership experience valued
• Ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives in fast-moving environments
• Comfortable managing a wide range of legal areas without narrow specialization
