Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Health & Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project management for clients, ensuring delivery against objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards
  • Advise clients proactively while ensuring superior client service delivery
  • Facilitate vendor procurement and collaborate with subject matter experts across various health management areas
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in designing/managing complex health and welfare plans in a consulting or brokerage environment
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
  • CEBS designation or relevant health and welfare actuarial/underwriting training desired
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; high school diploma required
  • Strong analytical and integrative skills
