Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health and Benefits Placement Director (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the carrier/vendor bid, procurement, and negotiation process for medium/large-sized clients
• Guide teams on deliverables based on client needs and maintain strong external relationships
• Identify opportunities for tailored solutions and operational efficiencies in placement work

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health care
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of fully insured and self-funded arrangements
• Active State Life and Health license required
• Relevant industry experience and/or Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or finance/math
• Progress toward completion of CEBS designation (optional)
