State Licensed Health Center Manager

Job Summary

Managing clinical operations remotely, the full-time State Licensed Health Center Manager will oversee staff, ensure compliance with health regulations, and coordinate patient care in a health and wellness center setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the health and wellness center, fostering teamwork and facilitating continuous improvement
• Lead and develop health center staff, including talent acquisition, training, and performance management
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality patient care and compliance with standardized workflows and policies

Required qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited medical assistant program or associate degree in nursing or a closely related field; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least three years of clinical experience and three years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
• Current and valid state license or compact state license for nursing degree holders
• Medical Assistant certification through an accredited association for those who graduated from an accredited medical assistant program
