State Licensed Health Coach

Job Summary

Providing holistic coaching to program participants, the full-time State Licensed Health Coach will deliver telephonic, chat-based, or virtual sessions focusing on nutrition, weight health, smoking cessation, and physical well-being while collaborating with clients to set and achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver coaching sessions via telephonic, video, or chat-based interactions
• Monitor participant progress and provide follow-up support towards identified goals
• Facilitate webinars, seminars, and group discussions within areas of expertise

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in life, health, and/or wellness coaching
• Completion of an ICF or NBCHWC accredited coaching program preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a health, wellness, or behavioral health-related field preferred
• Experience providing coaching in virtual, telephonic, and chat-based environments
• Experience executing live trainings to larger groups of participants
