Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical and operational execution across the care model
• Lead and manage the Health Coach team, ensuring alignment with clinical protocols
• Implement quality assurance programs and monitor adherence to clinical workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degree preferred
• Active Health Coaching Certification, preferably NBC-HWC or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading teams in healthcare or digital health
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and patient experience
• Experience managing EHR and CRM systems and driving operational adoption
