Job Summary

Leading strategic initiatives, the full-time salaried Health & Benefits Managing Director will serve as a trusted advisor to large clients, develop business strategies for market penetration, and oversee client engagements in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner for complex clients in designing and managing health and benefits programs
• Develop and execute business strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
• Raise market awareness of the organization's capabilities through various profile-building activities

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in managing large group health and welfare plans in a consulting or brokerage setting
• Proven track record of managing and growing large client relationships with revenue generation success
• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Availability to travel regularly
