Job Summary

A company is looking for a State Health Lead to design and execute growth strategies in state Medicaid and adjacent health markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a multi-year state health growth roadmap across various healthcare programs
• Serve as the primary relationship owner for state health executives in prioritized states
• Translate state challenges into scalable opportunities supported by ROI modeling

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience working with state health agencies
• Knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and model frameworks
• Experience with Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) and Managed Care Organizations (MCO)
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with state health officials and policy leaders
