Job Summary

Contributing to a diverse range of complex analyses, the full-time State Licensed Healthcare Actuarial Manager will support financial modeling, client deliverables, and project management for employer health and group benefit programs while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop financial analyses and client deliverables across multiple client teams
• Support accurate claim reporting and financial modeling to guide client decisions
• Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting or health underwriting
• Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products and underwriting concepts
• Experience with big data analytic techniques preferred
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Progress towards completion of health actuarial designation or CEBS designation (optional)
