State Licensed HEDIS Abstractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Abstractor, HEDIS /Quality Improvement (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the HEDIS medical record review, including ongoing and annual reviews
• Participate in meetings with vendors regarding the medical record collection process
• Collect medical records, load data into the HEDIS application, and verify documentation against specifications

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 3 years of experience in healthcare
• Basic knowledge and understanding of HEDIS projects
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Active RN license for the State(s) of employment preferred
