Job Summary

Owning the multi-state licensure and regulatory compliance program, the full-time State Licensed Home Care Director will manage strategy, oversee compliance operations, and lead a team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the multi-state licensure and compliance program, including strategy development and operational readiness
• Maintain oversight of state licensure requirements, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with regulations
• Lead the development of policies and procedures for compliant operations and manage cross-functional relationships to mitigate licensure risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field
• Seven or more years of experience in healthcare compliance or regulatory operations, particularly with multi-state licensure
• Proven ability to interpret state regulations and translate them into operational processes
• Experience in developing compliance policies and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills, particularly in conveying compliance risks to senior leadership
