Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Home Lending to lead and scale its mortgage lending operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and optimization of the Loan Origination System (LOS) for compliant loan origination
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design scalable system workflows and ensure integration with technology platforms
• Oversee compliance with regulations, manage a team, and implement training programs for the home lending unit

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of retail mortgage lending experience
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Conventional Conforming and Jumbo guidelines
• Solid understanding of state and federal lending regulations
• Proven expertise in system configuration with Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
