State Licensed Home Loan Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Loan Consultant to provide customer-focused sales support in the Call Center department.

Key Responsibilities

• Pass the SAFE exam and obtain necessary state mortgage originator licenses
• Analyze applicant information to determine loan program eligibility and assist customers with initial loan applications
• Communicate loan program terms and ensure timely completion of required documents and disclosures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• At least one year of mortgage sales experience as a bank loan officer or in a similar role
• Must pass the NMLS SAFE exam within the first 30 days of employment
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have legal authorization to work in the United States
• Strong knowledge of mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines
