Job Summary
To oversee quality assurance and performance evaluation for a team of Hotline Counselors, the full-time, remote State Licensed Hotline Supervisor will manage service delivery, provide direct support to clients, and ensure operational compliance while working an overnight schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and performance management for the Hotline Counselor team, including scheduling and compliance with operational standards
- Conduct quality assurance activities, including audits and monitoring of Hotline Counselor performance, to enhance service delivery
- Deliver training and development for new and existing Hotline Counselors, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Licensure as a State Licensed Mental Health Clinician or equivalent healthcare professional certification required
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in mental health services, preferably in maternal or perinatal mental health
- Proven experience in workforce and schedule management within a crisis line or hotline environment preferred
- Demonstrated ability to deliver training effectively in both in-person and virtual settings
