Job Summary
Overseeing quality assurance and performance evaluation of Hotline Counselors, the full-time State Licensed Hotline Supervisor will provide administrative supervision, direct client support, and manage operational schedules in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Hotline Counselor team, ensuring compliance with operational standards and performance goals
- Execute quality assurance activities, including monitoring and auditing Hotline Counselor performance
- Conduct training for new and existing Hotline Counselors, enhancing service-specific skills and knowledge
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Licensure as a State Licensed Mental Health Clinician or equivalent certification is required
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in mental health services, preferably in maternal or perinatal mental health
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing workforce schedules and operational best practices
- Prior supervisory experience in a crisis line or hotline environment is preferred
